The community is located just down the street from Walnut Creek Country Club and is conveniently between Highway 287 and Highway 360 for easy access. The homes were built in the 2000s and the price points are generally between $155,000 and $235,000. The neighborhood is very popular with families and first time home buyers and there is no HOA.
